Your Trip
There’s really no way to guantee you will have a good trip but there are things you can do to help your trip such as
Be in a comfortable space
Have a sober & caring guide
Play relaxing music
Do fun things
Remember these safety procedures
Timing: Don't have anything to do for 8 to 24 hours. Don't do them late at night, they will keep you awake.
DO NOT DRIVE OR WORK. NO STRESSFUL SITUATIONS.
MindSet: Positive mental state, not stressed or worried.
Setting: Safe spot, home, or in nature with someone sober who knows how to take care of you.
Stomach: Mushrooms can be rough on the stomach. It is recommended to take them on an empty stomach. If nausea does occur ginger, mint, lemon balm teas help realice the nausea. For anxiety try passionflower, or camomile.
Vomiting is not common but may occur, this is natural, and people tend to feel much better after purging.
Afterward: Reflect on your experience. Eat your favorite food & rehydrate. Do not go to bed hungry!
HOW TO AVOID BAD TRIPS

Don't take too much
Don't be stressed

HOW TO END BAD TRIPS
Focus on something else

Remember the effects are not permanent time may seem like it’s moving slowly but it will end and you won’t be stuck feeling like you are on your bad trip. Even bad trips are proven to help heal your brain. This is a great point to reflect on what made you so afraid and why. Try to work through the problem instead of a avoiding it , and face whatever it is you are dealing with with rationality and acceptance.
Side Note on Mixing
Many people like to smoke cannabis when they trip I personally don’t like to mix my substances I like the purity that a mushroom trip brings and I don’t like it being clouded by anything else but if you are keen to smoking while tripping do so in small quantities ingesting too much cannabis can lead to unnecessary paranoia.
Please do not drink and trip, alcohol clouds the judgement and increases chances of dehydration. It could potentially lead to unpleasant and even scary situations.
Mixing prescription medication with mushrooms can also have adverse effects some medications negate the effects of mushrooms and some can lead to liver or even kidney toxicity so please be aware of this.
Do not mix stimulants with mushrooms. This can lead to an increase heart rate and in some people cardiac arrest.
